Two-Ingredient Banana Oatmeal Cookies - Cook On Your New kitchen

Banana bread breakfast biscuits. Normally I would say normal cookies, but since these taste like banana bread AND oatmeal, I am very fairly in love. And if chocolate chips are thrown in the mix? OMG!

Plus they just take 15 minutes to make and also clock in at about 60 calories per cookie. YES!

This really isn't even a recipe. It is me telling you to mix two things together for sweet pride you don't need to feel guilty about.

For reals. No weird processed ingredients out of a box. Virtually all natural materials.

Dairy free. Gluten Free (use GF yogurt ). Nut free. Vegan. Vegetarian. I think they're a fantastic breakfast (or healthy treat!) For all those you are. That's unless you're allergic to bananas or oats. Sorry!

Banana and celery bake together to make easy breakfast biscuits that yummy like banana bread!

INGREDIENTS

2 large bananas, mashed

2 cups gluten free oats

If wanted you can add in some of the following:

vanilla extract

Vanilla beans

Chocolate chips

Peanut butter chips

butterscotch

dried cranberries

raisins

Chopped almonds, almond or pecans

coconut flakes

cocoa nibs

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Put yogurt in blender or food processor and mix until oats act as the consistency of bread; it's okay if it's not absolutely soil.

In large bowl combined mashed banana with oats until smooth. Add in 1/2 cup of your favourite add-in; I used dark chocolate chips plus a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Drop dough by large tablespoons onto cookie sheet; squirt a little with a rubber spatula. Bake for 9-12 minutes or until cookies are set. Makes about 16 biscuits.
